Show-Off Project Case - £5+VAT
PDF Pattern £5.00 plus VAT or local taxes
Zipper pouches are always useful to have around, and this pattern has four!
The pouches each have a panel of clear pvc fabric running down the centre, so that you can easily see the contents, and are finished with strips of binding that cover the zipper tapes. They also have self-bound sides for a neat finish with no raw edges on show. The four pouches are joined together so that when you are finished with what’s inside, you can fold the whole thing up and tie the top to make a case. Great for carrying a hand sewing project around with you, or for taking your tools to a sewing class.
The Show-Off Project Case has a finished size of approx. 9” wide x 6 ½” high closed,
with two pouches 8” w x 6 ½” h
and two pouches 8” w x 6” h
INCLUDED:
* List of all materials and quantities needed to complete the project

How to stitch and turn a fabric tube
This is a downloadable PDF pattern sent to your email, not a physical product.
You will need: (width x length)
Quilting weight cotton: I used 3 fat quarters. I suggest using a non-directional design, as the case folds up in the centre. One piece of the lining may need to be cut sideways, depending on the exact width of your fabric.
Clear pvc fabric: 15” x 16 ½”
#3 zips (dress zips): 4 x 9 “ zips
Batting: 22 ½” x 16 ½
You will also need: a zipper foot, strong cord (like a waxed linen thread) or other method of turning fabric tubes, a seam ripper
Optional extras: ¼” machine foot, double-sided tape, ½” binding maker, spray glue
