Have you noticed how thin and light newer laptops are? And that there is no standard size. This bag is ideal for anyone who has a slim laptop, but who doesn’t want to use a big, office-style laptop case. Maybe you have a favourite tote, and want to carry your laptop inside without it getting scratched, or a fabulous handbag to carry everything but your laptop? This bag is perfect.

The Slim Laptop Sleeve fits a ¾” deep laptop, and is fully adjustable in the length and height, making it Ideal to make one for everyone in the family, whether they use a Mac, a Chromebook, or a something else. It has a hoop and loop closure, so that your laptop doesn’t get scratched when you put it in the bag, and a back pocket to carry a phone or, in the bigger size, some documents. The flap has six parallel rows of top-stitching to make it roll nicely over the top of the bag.

This pattern is supported by a full tutorial video, free to watch on YouTube. You can watch it here.

Included is a foam preparation guide, which also has a video. You can watch it here.
